Marie Webster House

The home where Marie Webster lived in Marion, Indiana, from 1902 to 1942, has been designated a National Historic Landmark and a Landmark of Women's History, the only official landmark which honors a quiltmaker.

The Quilters Hall of Fame has renovated the house for their headquarters and museum, thanks to the support of hundreds of quilt lovers, who have so generously donated their time and money to the project.

You now have a chance to tour the home and garden, and see for yourself the transformation of a historic but sadly deteriorated structure into an elegant showcase for the Honorees of The Quilters Hall of Fame.
